Who is responsible
Morgan Burlin is the data controller for information given through this site.
What the contact form collects
When you send a message you give your first name, last name, email address and whatever you write. It is used only to read and answer the message.
Where it goes
The message is sent as email. It is not stored in any database on this site and exists only in the recipient’s inbox, until it is deleted there.
The mail is sent by Resend and received through Cloudflare Email Routing. Both handle it on our behalf and for no other purpose.
Spam check
When you submit the form, a check runs to establish that a person sent it. The check comes from Cloudflare Turnstile and is not visible on the page.
It reads your IP address, information about your browser and technical signals from it. None of that is stored by this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site has no analytics and sets no cookies to track you. Cloudflare, which delivers the site and runs the check above, may set cookies that are technically necessary for that to work.
Your rights
You have the right to know what is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.
You may also contact the data protection authority in your country.
